- 1 large ripe frozen banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 medium ripe avocado
- 1 large handful spinach
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 cup of unsweetened plain almond milk
- 2 teaspoons Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1-2 ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve Immediately.
