SANDWICH ARTIST, BARISTA or JUICE CLERK
Join our deli team where we’ve been serving tasty natural food to the Bay Area since 1987! Learn the art of making fresh organic juices & all-fruit smoothies, lattes & more. Fuel someone’s day by creating their healthy sandwich or yummy wrap filled with love & wholesome goodness. Becoming a Patch Sandwich Artist, Barista or Juice Clerk is the perfect way to inspire wellness within the community by serving nutritious & delicious meals!
GROCERY
The Nature’s Food Patch Grocery Associate position is varied through working in many areas with a myriad of products & people. Whether it’s day or overnight, you’ll process orders and be entrusted to maintain the shelves, keeping them full of natural & organic offerings. Aside from providing support to the grocery, dairy, specialty cheese, frozen & beer/wine departments, our daytime associates also assist our customers in acquiring the items they need to help nurture their lifestyles & families. You’ll gain knowledge of many different aspects of the retail grocery industry as you transform into a natural foods grocery guru.
PRODUCE
Work in a vibrant and energizing atmosphere where organic whole foods fill the shelves of our award-winning Produce Department! Become the guardian and caretaker of all things from fresh fruits to veggies & fungi. As a Produce Stock Associate, you’ll be empowered to stock & rotate products, keeping them ripe for the customer’s picking as they walk into the store. It’s the perfect opportunity to work hand-in-hand with Mother Nature’s bounty including trimming, watering and merchandising produce to ensure the highest quality.
BULK
From wallet-friendly finds, available by the pinch or by the pound, to environmentally-friendly reduced packaging, shopping in bulk is one of the best ways to save! COURTESY CLERK
The go-getter, the right hand man or woman & a trusted helper! Take on the role of a Patch Courtesy Clerk who ensures visitors have a positive shopping experience. With your imagination, high energy & friendly customer service skills, every day can be a new quest! Turn collecting carts & hands baskets into “wrangling up the herd,” and packing groceries into “playing a game of tetris.” Be everybody’s hero by lending a helping hand when needed, from cleaning to carryout’s and beyond!
MEAT & SEAFOOD
Learn a skilled craft with a focus on local & sustainable, which is especially important when it comes to meat, poultry & seafood. Work hands-on with high quality proteins that are always free from nitrates & nitrites, artificial ingredients & preservatives and are never treated with antibiotics, administered supplemental hormones, or fed any animal by-products. As a Nature’s Food Patch Meat & Seafood Clerk, you’ll provide knowledge-based insights to consumers & friendly service while upholding safe food handling practices.
KITCHEN
COOK, BAKER or DISHWASHER
Become an integral part of the behind-the-scenes action working to provide our community with fresh food from a clean & happy kitchen! Turn simple ingredients, like veggies or flour, into a work of art to delight the palate and excite the taste buds. Keep a stocked and sanitary environment to promote a smooth work flow as a Patch Cook, Baker or Dishwasher. From chopping to cooking, baking to decorating, washing to rinsing – working with and preparing wholesome foods is a lot like playing in an orchestra. Each sound of the dishes clinking and team members chattering interlaced with the scent of homemade soups, sauces, desserts, meals & more present the perfect ensemble while you dance through the kitchen.
