Niman Ranch prepares gourmet hams with a delicate blend of maple, sugar and salt, then slowly smokes them over Applewood for up to 12 hours, sealing in the succulent flavor. Slow smoked over real Applewood and seasoned with the right amount of salt and sugar to enhance the mild yet slightly sweet smoke flavor. Their bone-in half ham includes a glaze packet which adds another touch of sweetness, making it the perfect center piece to your holiday meal.

Cooking Instructions

To heat, place in baking pan, spread glaze mixture over the uncured ham and cover with foil. Bake at 325°F for 10-12 minutes per pound, or until meat thermometer at center reaches 135°F. Be careful not to overcook.
