Roads will be closed for children to safely trick or treat along Main St. and Broadway Ave. Participating merchants will provide candy and trinkets. At 6:15pm, the Halloween parade will take place starting at the Dunedin History Museum then march to Pioneer Park for an awards ceremony and a family-friendly movie.
